 The ultimate benefit of a complete Labman™ system is the elimination of multiple keying in of data to various computer programs. Orders are keyed in once, and only once, to carry out all of the tasks required.
The software will automatically price jobs. The great advantage is that this eliminates the need for manual pricing and the errors that it can introduce.
The pricing details for the surfaced lenses will come from the Lens Design Module. There are modules for inputting the other types of orders as well. These include: Stock finished lenses; Empty frames; Accessories, such as cases and solutions.
The order will be priced up to a prescription price list and/or frame price list and or accessory price list. The software will also calculate the discount terms to be applied to each order on a customer and product basis.
