Dispatch:

The system will record the dispatch of each order. It is possible to amend the price of an order prior to dispatch. The system can be configured to optionally print out a lens label, detailing the Rx. and/or a fully priced dispatch note.

An order is dispatched by entering in the order number into the dispatch program. The pricing details are shown on the screen and can be modified if wished. A fully priced delivery note is then produced on A5 paper suitable for wrapping with the goods.

A summary of the day's despatches can also be printed.
